By installing or using NovaWeather ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

## 2. Data Sources

The App displays weather data from third-party providers, including weather.gov (National Weather Service) and Open-Meteo for non-U.S. users. These providers have their own terms and accuracy limitations, which we do not control.

## 3. No Warranty

NovaWeather is currently in beta via TestFlight. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
